Hello sir, please help me. I've encountered some issues while applying to this post. Please reply to all the 4 questions this comment in English or Tamil as I don't know Hindi.

(i)In this CSIR-CFTRI Junior Secretariat assistant post online application it asks for Age proof while uploading documents. I wrongly uploaded PAN card instead of SSLC certificate for age proof. In the advertisement, under other conditions, point
(K.) it's clearly stated that only SSLC certificate will be accepted as age proof, If SSLC Certificate is not available, School TC will be accepted. As I've said, I've wrongly uploaded PAN card for age proof. While sending hard copies via post if I send my self attested SSLC certificate as age proof will my application get accepted or rejected?

(ii) I've completed +2 from Tamil Nadu Board, so we don't have CGPA/grades here. For grades I've selected NA ( Not applicable ) and have entered the percentage by using the formula total marks/6*100, but I have not entered the percentage conversion formula in the online form. They're asking to send percentage conversion formula via post. Do I need to write it in a paper and send it? Since I've not entered the percentage conversion formula in the online form will my application get rejected?

(iii)When is the exam date? How will I get notified If my application is accepted or rejected? In which medium will CSIR-CFTRI communicate with me? When will they release hall ticket?

(iv) In the advertisement under 5. How to apply point (h) it is mentioned that : "Only a single application will be entertained from each candidate for each postcode. IN A CASE OF CANDIDATE SUBMITS MULTIPLE ONLINE APPLICATIONS FOR A SINGLE POSTCODE WITH DIFFERENT EMAIL IDS, ONLY THE LATEST COMPLETED APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED." As I've made so mistakes in my online application, can I use this loophole to submit a new application using another mail ID and pay again or will I get barred due to malpractice?
